Mount Vernon Public Library
This fun-filled class combines yoga poses, breath work, music, and games to build focus, strength and confidence. Children learn relaxation skills through various breathing exercises. The class ends with “Savasana” (final relaxation). For ages 3 to 5. No knowledge of yoga is necessary. Registration is Required. Call 914-668-1840 ex 211 or come by the Children’s Reference Desk.
