Happy Thanksgiving!

Tomorrow marks the first crazy-busy week of the winter holiday season. I don't know about you guys, but I dread going to the grocery store between now and Wednesday. I hope everyone has a Thanksgiving plan of attack in place.

Check the calendar for some special Thanksgiving events, but please double check with your local library branch for any weekly library programs listed, as those are prone to cancellation during a holiday week. The NYC Thanksgiving Parade on Thursday is always a great time if you have the stamina. But anyone who wants to avoid the crowds—and has a night owl kiddo—might want to consider heading to the city on Wednesday, November 23 to watch the balloons get inflated near the Museum of Natural History. The later you show up, the more balloons you can see in the air and ready to go the next morning. It's a fun special evening, and it takes place near a Shake Shack. What more could you want? More info can be found here

If you have any type of local business making or selling things, this is your last chance to get listed in our Winter Westchester shopping list. If you would like your small business to be considered, please send an email to babygotchat.contact@gmail.com with your name, business name, hometown, and any relevant links, info, or photos.

We will review all submissions and selected applicants will be highlighted in our next post. Until then, enjoy your week!
